Introduction for the double mercerized fabric:

Double mercerized fabric is made from high-grade cotton material, and generally speaking, the common mercerized cotton fabrics we use (60S/2, 65S/2 and 70S/2) are mainly made from Xinjiang long-staple cotton, the United States PIMA cotton and Egyptian long-staple cotton. Mercerized cotton products can be said the top quality ones among cotton products because of these high-grade raw cotton materials & dyes, and a series of strict processing procedures. It retains cotton’s many natural advantages, e.g., soft, comfortable, good moisture adsorption, and also some others as bellows:
